Hey! I’m Tyler Powell, a multimedia designer who’s all about making visuals that actually feel like something. I love creating work that has energy, personality, and a sense of intention behind every frame, whether it’s a basketball piece (GOAT sport, argue with a wall), a creative edit, a branding photoshoot, or a clean graphic that just hits right.
I’m big on experimenting. You’ll rarely catch me doing the same look twice. I’m always testing new styles, transitions, color ideas—anything that helps me grow and keep things fresh. I study trends like everyone else, but I’m not trying to copy them. I like flipping them into something that feels modern and new, but still very much mine. Curiosity kind of drives everything for me. If someone else can pull it off, why can’t I? And how can I make it my own while still telling a story?
A lot of my inspiration comes from what I grew up on—sports and music. The pace of a fast break, the emotion in a game-winner, the hype of a big moment—those parts end up in my edits. Same with music. The flow of a Drake track, the build of a Lil Tecca project, the switch-ups you hear in a Travis-type beat…they all help shape how I approach mood and atmosphere.
I’m the kind of guy who will sit for hours tweaking a sequence or adjusting a tiny detail most people would never notice. But those details matter to me—they’re what give the work life.
Outside of creating, I’m probably watching or playing sports, chilling with friends or family, or diving into some random idea at 3 a.m. because it couldn’t wait until the morning. I don’t really “clock in” and “clock out”—this is just the lane I’m naturally in, and it spills into everything I do.
If you ever want to talk projects, need any creative advice, or even just talk hoops or music, reach out! I’ll be around.
